"People expect you to have cooler friends than us," said Luna, once again displaying her knack for embarrassing honesty. "You are cool," said Harry shortly. "None of them was at the Ministry. They didn't fight with me." "That's a very nice thing to say," beamed Luna. --Half-Blood Prince |

Summary: He saw her instead.
---------------
Harry was sitting, somber, next to Ron and Hermione, watching Bill and Fleur as they exchanged their vows. Gabrielle, Fleur's younger sister, now ten, she had shyly told him, was beaming for all she was worth. Ginny, who looked very pretty in her gold dress, stood, tense, as though trying to keep herself from throwing up. Harry frowned a bit. Honestly, Fleur could be a little full of herself, but couldn't Ginny at least be happy for Bill?
He smiled sadly, thinking of the possibility that it would be he up there, with his bride to be, fulfilling vows, with Ron as his best man. But that couldn't happen...not until...not until Voldemort was gone. Then Harry would swear his life to Gi-...but it wasn't Ginny he saw in his dream.
Harry looked down the row. Ron, Hermione, Percy, Fred, George, Neville...and then it clicked. There she was, clear as daylight, in spangled silver robes, hair let loose...
Harry knew that instant why he didn't see Ginny in his dream.
He saw Luna Lovegood instead.
